Product Description

This equipment is mainly used for automobile shaft tube and power bracket multi-direction flashless forging forming.The shaft tube adopts horizontal die parting (upper cylinder mold locking and side cylinder extrusion),and the mold is of double cavity structure,which can reduce the turnover distance of the two processes and improve the efficiency.The power bracket adopts vertical mold parting (side cylinder mold locking and upper cylinder extrusion),and the mold base built-in a ejection material cylinder,which is convenient for product demoulding after mold opening.
