Multi-direction cold extrusion molding machine
This equipment is mainly used for all kinds of electric conductive rod cold extrusion molding,the equipment is driven by servo motor,high synchronization precision,the horizontal cylinder push plate adopts floating structure,when the upper cylinder press down.If the working table plate has slight defromation,the floating push plate drives the punch holder to follow the plate to float up and down,to avoid the punch bending.In order to reduce the elastic deformation of the working table, the table is treated with tempering and tempering.This machine has two working modes,upper cylinder close mold,two horizontal cylinders synchronous extrusion,or upper cylinder extrusion,horizontal cylinder not working,after molding,lower cylinder ejecting products.
