The machine isone-piece casting moulding, with stable structure and good rigidity, the Z direction is in the form of high and low rails, and the X directionmiddle pallet presents a 30"angle, and the Z and x directions adopt Taiwan Shangyin's ballinear guides, which has the characteristics of highrigidity and high precision. The spindle unit adopts the servo spindle developed by our factory, which has the features of high speed, hightorque atlow speed and stable performance,etc. The X-direction travel is very large, and it can be set up to installthe power head or turret torealise the composite turningand milling machining.
